Heyouping Ancient Castle, also known as Fenzhou Ancient Castle, is the largest bungalow-style ancient castle in the world, located in Pingshan Town (southern economic and cultural center) and Heyou Town, Dianjiang, Chongqing.

It is a platform with a length of 35km, a width of15km and an area of about167km2, adjacent to Changshou Lake. The platform height difference is 100 m to 150 m, and Changshou Lake is located on the east, west and south sides. "Fuzhou annals" contains: "I can cheat you with it, and you can trap me with it." It became the first barrier on the north bank of the Yangtze River in Fuzhou.

Heyouping Castle was built in the late Southern Song Dynasty to fight against the Yuan Army, which lasted for 750 years until the founding of New China. The continuous construction time recorded in history ranges from 1802 to 1950, which lasts for 148 years, and its construction time is extremely rare. For more than 700 years, the ancients built a fully enclosed city wall along the edge of the river platform, using about 6,543,800 cubic meters of stone.

The ancient castle of Heyouping has 108 doors, commonly known as "Jia", which is designed according to the number of "the highest heaven and the lowest earth" in Taoism. There are 36 big city gates (big cards) and 72 small city gates (small cards). The wall length of Heyouping is more than 80 kilometers, far exceeding the previously recognized largest wall in Nanjing (35 kilometers) and Paris, France (30 kilometers), which is the highest in the world today.

There is also a city in the wall of Heyouping-Fenzhou City, which was built in the seventh year of Xianfeng in Qing Dynasty (1802), also known as Baohezhai. Located in the center of Quanping, it is the seat of the state government of Heyou, Fuzhou, exercising the functions of state-level political power to 1936.

There is a small town in Heyouping, which has a stone village and a watchtower. This pattern of cities in cities and villages in villages is very rare in other parts of China. Changshou Lake Wetland Nature Reserve includes Pingshan Town, sanxi town Town, Jiabao Town and Baijia Town. Changshou Lake is the largest wetland ecological function area and the most important ecological position in Dianjiang County, with a perennial inundation area of 65,000 mu.
