Violation. It is illegal for tourist buses to operate in different places. According to the Regulations on the Management of Road Passenger Transport and Passenger Stations (OrderNo. 17 of the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China in 2020, referred to as the Passenger Transport Regulations), tourist passenger transport refers to the passenger transport mode that operates or has at least one end in a tourist scenic spot for the purpose of transporting tourists for sightseeing. Fixed-line tourist passenger transport is managed by shuttle bus, and non-fixed-line tourist passenger transport is managed by passenger transport.
