Recommendations for the most interesting attractions in Yunnan

I recommend Bamei, Babao and Puzhehei as interesting attractions in Yunnan.

1. Bamei

Bamei is located in Guangnan County, Wenshan Prefecture, and there are still no roads. To enter Bamei Village, you must take a boat and pass through a 1-kilometer-long cave. The isolated geographical environment of Bamei Village has created a simple and unsophisticated style of chickens and dogs chatting with each other, which is very much like a peach blossom garden. The scenery here is gentle and moving, and it has become the new favorite of photography enthusiasts across the country. It is one of the tourist attractions worth visiting in Yunnan.

2. Babao

In addition to Bamei, another scenic spot in Guangnan County - Babao, is also breathtakingly beautiful. Babao is known as the "Little Guilin on the Plateau". It has a karst peak forest landform like Guilin, which is gentle and soft. Get on the bamboo raft and slowly drift downstream along the Babao River. Karst hills, 10,000 acres of tribute rice fields, and 13 Zhuang villages are lined up one after another, like a fairyland.

Guangnan is an area inhabited by the Zhuang ethnic group. There are many Zhuang-style delicacies, such as Bahang chicken (chicken in sour soup), Bahang fish, and five-color flower rice. Due to Guangnan's proximity to Guangdong and Guangxi, its eating habits are also affected, so roasted suckling pig is also one of the local delicacies. In addition, the Babao rice produced by Babao was listed as a tribute during the Ming Dynasty and is a must-try.

3. Puzhehei

Puzhehei is a tourist attraction worth visiting in Yunnan. Friends who have watched "Where Are We Going, Dad" must know Puzhehei. This is more beautiful than Lugu Lake. A place suitable for floating on the water in a daze. Puzhehei is located in Qiubei County, Wenshan Prefecture. It is a scenic spot composed of 54 lakes, karst peaks, caves, and ethnic minority villages.

Although it is not as majestic as Erhai Dianchi, the 54 maze-like lakes exude the Xiaojiabiyu temperament that is even more fascinating. In addition, this is the only place in the country where Bo people descendants live, with strong ethnic customs.
