Xiaozhuang Village, located 8 kilometers south of Boli Town, is the only way to enter and leave dongjiakou fishing port. The whole village covers an area of 2.35 kilometers from east to west, 2.02 kilometers from north to south, with an area of 4.75 square kilometers. The total cultivated land area is 1680 mu. Xiaozhuang village has a unique geographical position and is surrounded by the sea on three sides, which is a good area for aquaculture and tidal flat culture.

According to legend, in the second year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1369), three cousins, Xu, Ding and Dong, moved here from Haizhou, Jiangsu Province and lived by the sea. Xiaozhuang is named after its small population and small village capacity. There are 400 households in Xiaozhuang Village, population 1347. There is a saying that "a big village is not big, and a small village is not small". With the active economic circulation, many fishermen who are good at mariculture and sea fishing have moved to their villages. In addition to Dong residents, there are also ethnic minorities such as Song, Ma, Ren, Zhou, Sheng, Xiao and Chen.

Xiaozhuang village is dominated by agriculture and fishery in history. In recent years, shrimp farming, fruit tree cultivation, animal husbandry and other industries have gradually developed. Among them, marine fishing has gradually formed a scale in recent years, and the village has more than 20 fishing boats with more than 20 horsepower. Since 1983, more than 400 mu of shrimp ponds, orchards and vegetable gardens have been built 100 mu, and newly developed 18 specialized chicken farmers have kept more than 30,000 chickens annually. In 2004, the per capita net income reached more than 4600 yuan.

Xiaozhuang Village is close to Qingdao Dazhushan Scenic Area, Qingdao Langyatai Scenic Area, Qingdao Forest Wildlife World, Zhushan National Forest Park, Qingdao Huangdao Golden Beach and other tourist attractions. Specialty products include Boli Xishi Tongue, Boli Hongxi, Lingshan Island Sea Cucumber, Boli Xishi Tongue, Langya Yujin Fish, etc.
