Is it a problem to travel to Huanglong on official holidays?

Huanglong is relatively high above sea level, which is prone to altitude sickness such as hypoxia and headache. Strong people tend to react less, while weak people will react more obviously. When I went, I only felt that my fingers and lips were purple because of lack of oxygen, but on the way to climb the mountain, I saw several people had to go back because they couldn't stand altitude sickness. I was already very weak when I had my period. If I'm not particularly confident about my figure, I personally think it's better not to go up.
