Historical Inheritance of Zhizhonghe State-raised Liquor

Jiande people are one of the ancestors of Chinese brewing.

In 732 AD, Li Bai, a great poet of the Tang Dynasty, toured the fishing platform in Yan Ziling, drank the original wine of Zhizhonghe heartily, and left a "Taibai Drunk Pavilion" at the site of the fishing platform in Yan Ziling. Bai Juyi was appointed as the secretariat of Hangzhou and left a poem: "Ziling fish, Yanzhou wine, too white to let go."
