Passport processing process is as follows:

1. The applicant may obtain the Application Form for Examination and Approval of China Citizens Going Abroad from the travel agency (hereinafter referred to as the tour group) that has been approved by the National Tourism Administration or the local tourism bureau to travel abroad at its own expense;

Third, the political examination and seal. After the form is filled out, the personnel department, political department and security department of the unit where the file is located each choose a department to go abroad for political examination and seal it. If the level is not enough, it should be reported to the competent department at the next higher level for seal.

College students are stamped by the University Student Office. Primary and secondary school students are signed and sealed by the school principal. Preschool children are stamped by their parents. The personnel of foreign enterprises shall be issued with opinions and sealed by the foreign enterprise service company or talent exchange center. If the file is in the talent exchange center, it shall be stamped by the "talent center", but it must be an authorized "talent center", such as the National Talent Exchange Center, the Southern Talent Exchange Center and the Labor Talent Exchange Center. After the city and county talent exchange center issues an opinion and seals it, the competent personnel bureau will also issue an opinion and seal it.

If the file is in the street, the neighborhood Committee will issue an opinion and stamp it. If the work unit is inconsistent with the personnel file unit, the work unit and the filing unit shall issue opinions and affix their seals respectively. Retired soldiers shall be reported to the Political Department for approval of the appointment and removal authority of cadres at the corresponding level.

Fourth, submit the application materials
