Depart from Lhasa, cross Qushui Bridge, turn left to Gongga Airport, and turn right to Yangzhuoyong Lake. You can see Yanghu Power Station on the right side of the road. Yanghu and Yarlung Zangbo River are separated by a mountain, only 6 kilometers wide nearby, but the water level difference between them is more than 800 meters, and the water resources are very rich. Yarlung Zangbo River and Yangzhuoyong Lake are separated by a mountain range that stretches for more than 360 kilometers. Tibetans call it Laguigangri Mountain. Ningjin Anti-Sha Feng is the main peak of Laguigang Ri Mountain, leisurely above the holy lake, so the Tibetan people call it "Ningjin Anti-sand", which means "Hag God lives on the noble snow mountain". It is 7206 meters above sea level, located at 90. 1 degree east longitude and 28.9 degrees north latitude, at the junction of Gyangze County and Langkazi County. There are more than 10 peaks around, with a height of over 6000m. It is one of the four snow-capped mountains in central Tibet.

Sha Feng in Ningjin is magnificent, with a steep cone of dangerous rocks on the top. Glaciers develop in the snow between hillsides and gullies all the year round, and ice and snow often collapse. Only April-April or September 9- 10/0 is the best time for mountaineering activities. On April 28th, 1986, Sangzhu, Bianba, Jiabu and other China Tibetan mountaineering teams 12 people climbed to the peak from the south slope of the peak for the first time along the southwest ridge route. The end of the Carola Glacier at the southern foot of Sha Feng in Ningjin extends less than 300 meters from expressway, so few tourists here can resist the temptation of such a wonderful iceberg landscape. Many travelers will stop here to take photos with yaks nearby.

There are many famous peaks on the west side of Yangzhuoyong Lake, such as Jiangsanglan Peak and Jiegang Susong Peak, which are good places for tourism, mountaineering and exploration. Therefore, Yang Zhuoyong CuO is not only the incarnation of the dragon lady, but also the place where the goddess of protection in tin lives, with multiple functions and divine power.

The legendary Yangzhuoyong Lake was created by a fairy who came to earth. He also said that a long time ago, this place was just a spring, and a rich family lived nearby. The servant's name is Dawa. One day, Dawa saved a little goldfish by the spring. The little goldfish turned into a beautiful girl and gave Dawa a baby. After the owner found out, Dawa forced him to take him to the spring to find babies and girls. The rich man didn't achieve his goal, so he pushed Dawa into the spring and drowned. At this time, the girl appeared and became an endless wave of attacks on the rich. The rich get what they want. Since then, a blue and clear lake has been formed here.

There is a long highway near the lake not far from the laid-off Bala Snow Mountain. Stopping here, taking a short hike or even camping by the lake is the best way to get close to and feel the Yanghu Lake. The shuttle bus from Lhasa to Shigatse is now taking a new road, no longer passing through Yanghu. So if you want to go to Yanghu, you can only charter or hitchhike. Don't hold out too much hope for the latter. Sheep Lake in rainy season is like a shy girl, and its delicate jade capacity is often hidden under the gauze-like white fog. Often when you stand halfway up the mountain overlooking the Yanghu Lake, you can't see anything but dense fog. If you take a step forward, you will find yourself in a fantastic world. When a ray of sunshine shines through the thick fog on the calm lake, the thick fog quietly dissipates like a curtain before the opening ceremony. In a short time, the clear lake, the towering snow-capped mountains and the washed blue sky blend together and appear in front of your eyes, intoxicating, shocking and washing your soul.

Yangzhuoyong Lake was originally an outflow lake and connected with the Yarlung Zangbo River. About 6,543,800 years ago, a huge debris flow blocked the upper valley of Moqu River near Yangpeng, 20 kilometers west of Bai Di, so the lake became an inner lake.

Yang Zhuoyong Lake is like a paper fan, extending from northwest to southeast. It is wide in the south and narrow in the north, and there are many branches winding into the mountains along the lake. There are more than four islands in the lake, and each island has its own water surface. The largest lake island covers an area of 8 square kilometers and the smallest is 3000 square meters. The island is full of grass and wild birds. In late spring and early summer, local herdsmen sent their livestock to the island to graze, and it was not until early winter that they were transported back to the land. All the livestock were fat. There are many kinds of plankton in the lake, which provide rich food for fish in the lake. This is a natural fish bank. The lake is rich in a thin, tender and delicious plateau naked carp, with a reserve of 400-600 million Jin. From Lhasa to the south,100km, about 2 hours. You can go there by chartered bus or shuttle bus. If you take the shuttle bus, you can take the bus next to the Yarlung Zangbo River Bridge, and then take a taxi to see Yangzhuoyong Lake. Yang Lake doesn't need tickets. It is more expensive to rent a jeep. Generally, taxis can't get through the bad road conditions. There are many travel agencies in Lhasa that organize one-day tours of Yanghu Lake.
