The park does not need tickets and is open to the public free of charge. Quanzhou, also known as Licheng, is located in the east of China, bordering Fuzhou in the north, Xiamen in the south and Taiwan Province Island in the east. It is a prefecture-level city in Fujian Province and one of the three central cities in Fujian Province.
