How to pass level 3 in Julius Caesar 3?

The third level

Players have two choices, Capua and Tarentum

1. Capua is a peaceful city south of Rome in central Italy, rich in resources .

Goals to pass: the population reaches 2,500, Caesar’s joy reaches 60, culture reaches 35, peace reaches 20, and prosperity reaches 10.

Mainly make money through trade. Produce whatever other cities need and never import (too expensive). After becoming rich, raising workers' wages and lowering tax rates can attract more people to live in the city and increase the population. Remember to build more courts to ensure that taxes are paid, and don't forget to worship God!

2.Tarentum is in the far south of Italy and has a little military trouble.

Passing goals: population 2500, Caesar's joy reaching 40, culture reaching 30, peace reaching 10, and prosperity reaching 10.

Choose the angle of true north. The enemy will often appear from the northwest. Build some archery towers there, then build a military station, a military school and two fortresses (with a corps in each). It is best to have a Heavy infantry corps, which required the manufacture of weapons. There aren't many enemies, but be aware that they can destroy your farm, so kill them as soon as they appear. By completing Caesar's tasks on time and constantly sending gifts, you can continuously increase Caesar's happiness with you.

The things Caesar asks you to send are usually limited to one or two items. Store more of these items in the warehouse in case of emergency, hehe (little tip)!
