I want to travel to Yunnan during the National Day, what should I do?

Here is my plan for traveling to Yunnan during the National Day:

1. Book a place to stay in Kunming for the night. If you are not tired, you can go to Wenlin Street to find a small bar to relax. There are many CLUBs in Kundu. I don’t recommend pedestrian streets in Kunming. If you want to go, go to Shuncheng; Cuihu is a park relatively close to Shuncheng; if you want to see Dianchi Mountain climbing, go to Xishan. If you want to see Dianchi Lake, I recommend Huanhu East Road, where there are many wetland parks. 1DAY

2. In addition to Kunming's westbound Yunnan route, which is more popular, there are trains from Kunming Railway Station to Dali-Lijiang. The whole journey takes about nine hours. There should be overtime trains on National Day, and you can sleep one night to Dali-Lijiang. The bus to the Western Passenger Terminal is faster than the train.

In addition to the ancient city, Erhai Lake, and Shuanglang, Dali also has ancient towns such as Xizhou, Shaxi, and Nuodeng. 2-3DAYS

Lijiang Sifang Street and Shuhe have a strong commercial atmosphere. To experience the slow life, apart from hanging out with crowds of people, you can probably only spend most of your time in inns drinking tea and soaking up the sunshine. 2DAYS

3. To the north, you can go to Diqing (Pudacuo, Mingyong Glacier, Bitahai, etc.) or Nujiang (Bingzhongluo, Grand Canyon Qiunatong, etc.) for more natural scenery. 3DAYS

4. Further west, you can go to Dehong, Mangshi, and Ruili to experience Dai-Myanmar customs and special food.
