The traffic is very convenient. Bish Town is rich in hydrological resources. Baisha River runs through the whole territory and flows into Laodao River. The rainwater collection area is 56 square kilometers and the annual flow is more than 60 million cubic meters. There are five small (I) type reservoirs and four small (II) type reservoirs 14 in China, among which the Dalitang Reservoir is located in the east of the industrial park, with a storage capacity of 2.6 million cubic meters and an annual storage capacity of 7.8 million cubic meters, and there are water resources in China.

Second, the layout and planning of Bish Industrial Park

Three. Infrastructure around the industrial park

1. Water supply project: The current water supply scale of Bishi Town Waterworks is 5000 m3/ day, and the daily water supply capacity is 1 10,000 tons. The water sources are Qingkeng Reservoir and Dinglichong Reservoir, with an annual storage capacity of more than 6 million cubic meters. At the same time, it is planned to build a new waterworks with daily water supply of 1 10,000 tons in Dalitang Reservoir to meet the water demand of the industrial park. If necessary, you can also take water from Baisha River. Or a pipeline only 30 kilometers away from Xiangjiang River.

2. Drainage project: The construction of sewage pipe network and sewage treatment plant has been included in the national sewage treatment project and is under construction. Rain and sewage are separated and discharged into Baisha River after being treated by sewage treatment plant.

3. Power supply: At present, the power supply status of the park is Tongbi 10KV dedicated line, the site selection of 35KV substation has been completed, and the power supply has been completed in 20 14 years. After the industrial park is settled, a new 1 1 10,000-volt substation will be built.

4. Garbage collection and treatment: garbage collection facilities are perfect, and the garbage transfer station was completed and put into operation on 20 12. The garbage is compressed by the transfer station and sent to Miluo garbage disposal site for treatment.

5. Gas supply: The national west-to-east gas pipeline passes through the east side of the park, which can provide a stable gas source for the park. As a traditional Bishi village, which mainly focuses on agriculture, it has made great efforts to build three characteristic industries in recent years.

● Red tourism. Take advantage of the national red tourist scenic spot-Ren's former residence is located in the village, strengthen the construction of tourism infrastructure, try to carry out fishing and other activities, develop tourism, catering, accommodation, entertainment, leisure and other services, and launch a red tourism brand in the hometown of great men.

● Modern agriculture. Make Hunan Huatian Life Park bigger and stronger, complete the land transfer of nearly 1,000 mu, with an annual output value exceeding10,000 yuan, and expand the brand influence of organic vegetables. It was awarded Hunan Food Base by the provincial government, and was approved as "National Vegetable Standard Garden" by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2065,438+02.
