San'an Qulin Temple is a cultural tourist attraction.
San'an Qulin Temple is located in Longzi County, Shannan Prefecture, northeast of the county seat and the seat of the San'an Qulin Township Government. The temple is built on the ridge to the north of the township government, at an altitude of 3,250 meters.

It had fields, pastures and 4 manors (namely: Longxu Xika, Cimaixika, Rinpo Xika, and Zhibu Xika), with more than 7,000 livestock, and their sphere of influence covers almost the entire area of ??today's Longzi River Valley and Jiaboqu River Basin. The buildings of San'an Qulin Temple are distributed along the east-west line along the ridge, covering an area of ??3,000 square meters (100 meters long from east to west and 30 meters wide from north to south). The original main buildings were concentrated in the east, including Dukang Hall, Buddha Hall, Rama Lakang, etc.; at the easternmost end was Zhasha (monk's residence). The original Dukang Hall was built with stone walls and had an area of ??12 columns; the Buddha Hall was located behind the main hall and had an area of ??2 columns. It housed a clay statue of Sakyamuni (Buddha), about two stories high (8 to 10 meters); Rama Lhakang is located above the Buddhist hall, and has built-in statues of Linre Pema Dorje (1128-1188), Zangpa Gyara Yeshe Dorje (1161-1211) and other eminent monks of the Zhupa Kagyu sect. These buildings have been destroyed, with only remaining walls (remaining height 2 to 4 meters).
The current Dukang Hall of San'an Qulin Temple was rebuilt on the site of the original Temple of Heaven (Gongkang). It is located in the west of the original building complex and is two stories high: the ground floor is the Sutra Hall and the Buddhist Hall; the upper floor has a reception room. , warehouse, etc. The sutra hall is full of murals, depicting images of Sakyamuni Buddha, White Tara, Chakrasamvara, etc.; the Buddhist hall enshrines images of Jampa Buddha and other Buddhas. The current God's Temple (Gongkang) is newly built with stone walls and eaves decorated with horse grass and eight treasure patterns. There are six-armed Yilu, the Heavenly Mother riding a mule and other God statues in the hall.
