The process of going through exit formalities

1. With the resident ID card or household registration book, the applicant will go to the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the Public Security Bureau to receive the Approval Form for China Citizens to Go Abroad for Private Purposes in duplicate, fill it in truthfully, and the unit or police station will issue opinions and affix the official seal as required. The applicant himself shall submit an application to the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the Public Security Bureau;

2. Submit two 2-inch recent straight-edge bareheaded color half-length identity photos, one of which is posted by myself in the photo column of the application form and the other is given to the receptionist when submitting the application;

3. Submit a copy of the household registration book and resident ID card (check the original);

4. When individuals travel abroad, they must submit proof of the expenses required for travel, such as time deposit slips with a maturity of more than 3 months (the amount shall not be less than 4, US dollars or equivalent international currency or 5, yuan); If the deposit period is less than 3 months, the deposit certificate issued by the bank shall be submitted at the same time. A copy kept by the public security organ; The deposit slip and deposit certificate must be issued by the five major banks in the city (Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China and Bank of Communications).

5. Copies of all application materials submitted are in B5 paper specifications.

Matters needing attention when going abroad

1. Know the security situation of the country to be visited in advance. Remind to pay attention to the political situation and public security situation in countries or regions, avoid going to countries or regions with poor security situation, and ensure personal and property safety during travel.

2. Those who take part in group tours must go through the formalities of outbound travel through qualified regular travel agencies. 3. Respect local laws and customs. Increase the understanding of the general situation, laws and regulations of the country or region to which you are going, respect the local religious beliefs and customs of the country to which you are going, and improve your own preventive ability.

4. Understand the instructions for use, precautions and expiration date of master certificates and visas, and properly keep entry and exit certificates. First, we should pay attention to the validity of documents and visas, and we must go back and forth within the validity period; Second, card-type documents must be properly kept, protected from heat, water, magnetism and bending. Important articles, especially passports and other identity documents, should be properly kept and kept intact after leaving the country. If the documents are lost or stolen, or personal or property is infringed, you should ask our embassies and consulates abroad for help in time.
