Our province has introduced eight measures to promote tourism consumption.

Recently, in accordance with the requirements of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government to promote market consumption, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Commerce jointly issued the "Eight Measures for Promoting Tourism Consumption in Shaanxi Province" (referred to as "Measures"), aiming at accelerating the expansion of the province's tourism enterprises to resume work and promoting the province's tourism consumption and tourism development.

It is understood that the eight measures introduced this time include: increasing financial support, expanding the national tourism market share, actively carrying out the activity of "visiting Shaanxi", vigorously promoting the activity of "Shaanxi people visiting Shaanxi", innovating the business model of cultural tourism consumption, carrying out tourism publicity and promotion activities through multiple channels, increasing awards and subsidies, and constantly improving the sense of security and satisfaction of tourism.

The "Measures" propose to support travel agency enterprises to resume development and expand production and operation, and give discount subsidies to working capital loans applied by travel agency enterprises in the province that are greatly affected by the epidemic. Special vouchers for tourism and star-rated hotels are issued to tourists from outside the province who participate in group tours. Advocate mainland travel agencies and star-rated hotels in the province to actively introduce appropriate preferential measures to further expand consumption while accepting coupons. It is necessary to seize the good opportunity of the golden period of summer and autumn tourism, plan and launch a number of festivals with local cultural characteristics, embed cultural tourism consumption in various consumption places, create an "immersive" cultural tourism experience, and innovate new modes and formats of cultural tourism consumption.

The "Measures" require travel agencies to organize domestic tourists to visit Shaanxi from August 2020 to 65438+February and give them rewards. The Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism will subsidize travel agencies according to the proportion of the total rewards of each city. At the same time, the top 20 travel agencies in Shaanxi province who received overnight group tourists from August to February, 2020, were rewarded according to the standard of 300,000 yuan at the highest and 50,000 yuan at the lowest.
