Don't trust the other party's promise to leave the country as a tourist first and then go to the local area to become a job, so as not to fall into the trap. Take good care of your personal passport, ID card and other documents, and don't give them to others for safekeeping, so as not to restrict your actions.

Legal basis: Measures for handling procedures for laborers going abroad.

Article 5 When handling the passport of laborers, the following materials shall be submitted to the public security organ: (1) Description of foreign labor cooperation projects issued by the operating company; (two) the applicant's household registration certificate and a complete "China citizens to go abroad (territory) approval form"; (3) A copy of the qualification certificate for foreign economic cooperation of the operating company.

Article 6 The public security organ shall, in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Administration of Exit and Entry of Citizens of China and its detailed rules for implementation, accept the application of laborers to go abroad, mainly examining the following contents: (1) Whether the operating company has the qualification for foreign economic cooperation; (two) the identity information of the workers; (3) Whether the laborer is prohibited from leaving the country according to law.
