Chongqing faces medium and high risks:

After the relevant provinces and cities in China were divided into medium (high) risk areas, the people who came to and returned from the medium (high) risk areas were subjected to centralized isolation medical observation until they left the risk area 14 days, and the nasopharyngeal swab nucleic acid was detected on 1 4, 7 and 14 days respectively. During the isolation period, if the middle (high) risk area is reduced to a low risk area, the isolation can be lifted after the nucleic acid test result is negative.

Those who come to Chongqing and those who return to Chongqing from the city where the middle (high) risk area is located or through the city need to hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and report to the local community (village Committee) in time after arriving at the destination. If the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection cannot be provided within 48 hours, it should cooperate with the management personnel of airports, railway stations and other jurisdictions to carry out nucleic acid detection.

Chongqing policy:

In principle, people in streets and units reporting confirmed cases in Chongqing shall not leave Chongqing; If you really need to leave Chongqing, you must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

In order to strictly implement the prevention and control strategy of "spreading outward and rebounding inward", Chongqing CDC reminded Fujian, Henan, Hubei and Changde, Hunan to carry out health examination and health management in time according to the grading situation, national risk areas and relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in our city.

1. From July 23rd, 20021(inclusive), the people who came to Chongqing and returned to Chongqing (including those who came to Chongqing and returned to Chongqing through other cities) were subjected to centralized isolation medical observation 14 days (from the time they left Changde, Hunan). Perform a nucleic acid test on the first day and the second day of centralized isolation (the sampling interval is 24 hours, and if the centralized isolation has passed 14 days, the control measures can be lifted after two consecutive nucleic acid tests are negative), and perform two nucleic acid tests on the seventh day and the fourteenth day of isolation, all of which are negative.

Two, Chongqing people with the following time periods and regional travel history, should be timely nucleic acid testing.

Personnel traveling in the above-mentioned time period and area should report to the local community (village committee) in time on the premise of personal protection, and cooperate with the management personnel to carry out nucleic acid testing. Before the nucleic acid test results come out, strictly observe at home within 24 hours.

People in key areas of Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province try their best to postpone coming to Chongqing and returning to Chongqing.

Those who came to Chongqing and returned to Chongqing in the middle and high risk areas were observed in centralized isolation for 14 days, and nucleic acid detection was carried out for 4 times (days 1, 4, 7, 14).

People who come to and return from the cities where epidemic areas and high-risk areas are located must hold negative certificates of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours and show them when entering the country.

Check nucleic acid twice every 24 hours after arriving in Chongqing for more than 7 days; If the arrival time is less than 7 days, the second nucleic acid test will be carried out on the fourth day after the first nucleic acid test. Before the nucleic acid test results come out, the relevant personnel will strictly observe at home.

Immigrants:

Implement "14.77" health management (centralized isolation 14 days, home isolation for 7 days, self-health management for 7 days) for people from Chongqing and returning to Chongqing. For those who come to Chongqing and return to Chongqing from other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), if they complete centralized isolation medical observation in the first entry place for 14 days and the entry time is less than 28 days, they will continue to implement "77" health management (7 days of home isolation and 7 days of self-health management) after arriving in Chongqing.
