Liang Heping, born in June of 1962 1 1, is a national first-class screenwriter. Experts who enjoy special allowances from the State Council. He is currently a member of Chinese Music Association, director of Chinese Music and Literature Association, member of Chinese Poetry Association, member of Hubei Writers Association, member of Hubei Music Association, member of Hubei Couplet Association, vice chairman of Xiantao Writers Association, and director of drama studio of Xiantao Cultural Bureau. Up to now, more than 2,000 works have been published in newspapers and periodicals at home and abroad, and more than 300 awards have been won. More than forty of his lyrics were made into music videos and broadcast by CCTV.

He has worked with many famous composers (such as Yin Qing, Tieyuan, Feng Shiquan, Tian Guang, Jiang Chunyang, Zhong Limin, Pan Zhensheng, Hou Xiaoxiao, Zhao Nuxin, Zeng Suijin, Jiang, Long, Sang Nan, Fang Shi and Wang Yuanping). Most of his songs are sung by famous singers (such as Zhang Ye, Dong Wenhua, Guan Mucun, Wu Yanze, Yu Wenhua, Wang Hongwei, TanJing, Liu Hegang, Huang Zheng, Liu Yuanyuan, Wang Ying, Deng Rong, Jia Lei, Liu Yuwan, Nie Jianhua, Mou Xuanfu, Yang Hongji, Jiang Tao, Han Lei, Chen Sisi, Zhu Hua and Yu Jing).

He has written theme song lyrics for many large-scale TV series (such as 3 1 episode of Jinghua A Lang, 19 episode of Two Generations, 6 episodes of TV scenery art film Song of Three Gorges, 100 episode of Road Fangyuan). Among them, the opening song of 2 1 episode TV series "Year after Year" (which won the Five One Project Award of the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China) won the Golden Eagle Award of China TV. The lyrics song "Curved Beach" won the first prize of Hong Kong Children's Chorus Song Collection. Lyrics songs "Wonderful Harvest", "Flower World" and "Red Beauty" were respectively identified as the songs of the 5th China Agricultural Games, the 6th China Flower Expo and the 1st China Red Tourism Expo. The lyrics song "Golden Dream" won the selection award of the 43rd World Table Tennis Championships and filmed MTV. Lyrics song "Passion Encounter" won the gold medal in the 5th National City Games. Representative works include Shout for My Three Gorges, I'm still singing that folk song, China, My Theme Song, China Report, Smile, Sunshine Channel and Folk Songs.

Many of his works have been selected into the vocal teaching materials of the National Conservatory of Music and the song collections of the national singing examination. He has published a collection of poems "Butterfly" and lyrics "Sunshine Channel". Because of its outstanding achievements, it has been rated as a model of the city's cultural system for many times. 1997 was awarded the title of "Advanced Worker of Hubei Cultural System" in 2000, and in 20021February was awarded the title of "Literary Worker with Virtue and Art" by the Propaganda Department of Xiantao Municipal Committee. The monthly "Song" of China Music Association (May 2003) published photos about Feng Er and introduced his creative achievements.
