Today. It is sunny and hot all day. I went to the Palace Museum. It is long and wide, and it also visited Tiananmen Square. This square is very big. There are many people there. I took some photos. Then I went to the Great Wall for a long time. Afternoon. I go shopping in hutongs in Beijing. There are different kinds of shops. I bought a pair of shoes. A jacket and other things. We had Beijing roast duck for dinner. That's great. I love Beijing. I am very tired, but I feel very happy.

Saturday, May 26th, windy.

Saturday again. How time flies! Another week has passed.

This afternoon, I was often absent-minded in class, because I was thinking about the movie The Sound of Music, which will be shown on the school playground at 7 pm. I left the classroom in a hurry as soon as class was over.

On my way home, I saw a child standing on the side of the road crying. Obviously, he is lost. I completely forgot about the film and went up to him and asked him to tell me everything he knew about his family. It took me nearly an hour to send him home. His parents were very happy to find their lost child and thanked me again and again.
