What are the service outlets of travel agencies?

There are two kinds of travel agencies:

One is a group club, and there are shops in the street to receive customers. It has the right to sign contracts with customers and receive customers, but it has no right to receive them.

The other is the land agency, which is generally a travel agency that receives tourists locally. It has no right to directly sign contracts with tourists, and can only do reception work. The tour group receives the guests and gives them to the ground agency for reception. The ground agency can't receive guests directly.

Therefore, the service outlets of travel agencies are not comprehensive enough. We should find out what kind of travel agency they are first. However, the service outlets on the street are generally tour groups, all of which are qualified for tour groups and can generally sign contracts.
