Detailed rules for exemption of scientific research promotion in Hunan Normal University

I. Application conditions

1. The applicant must support the leadership of the China * * * Production Party, have good moral character, abide by the law and be physically and mentally healthy;

2. The applicant has excellent academic performance during the school period and has strong professional innovation consciousness and ability;

3. Physical health status meets the medical examination requirements stipulated by the state;

4. The applicant must meet the requirements of the applied major;

5. The applicant must be a fresh undergraduate graduate of an institution of higher learning with the qualification of exemption from postgraduate recommendation, and have obtained the qualification of exemption from postgraduate recommendation.

Second, enrollment, admission and treatment

Professional degrees include MBA (125 100), MBA (125200), tourism management (125400) and education management (04510/). In 2023, the majors and the number of students admitted to our school will be subject to the upcoming 2023 master's degree enrollment professional catalogue.

According to the regulations of the school, students who are exempt from the examination are entitled to scholarships and grants.

Three. Application procedures and methods

(1) Students with predicted names: From July 20th to September 20th, applicants can fill in the Application Form for Predicting the Names of Postgraduates Recommended by Hunan Normal University in 2023 (see Annex 2), and send the application form to the Predicting Names Office of the secondary enrollment units for prediction. The second-level enrollment unit conducts a preliminary examination of the predicted name information of the students exempted from the examination, determines the re-examination list, and organizes the re-examination. The specific arrangements shall be subject to the notice of the secondary enrollment unit.

On September 28th, students who have been admitted without taking the exam log in to the "Information Publicity and Management Service System for National Recommended Excellent Undergraduate Graduates" of the Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Service System for Exemption from Taking the Exam", website: /tm) to register, fill in basic information, upload photos, register online and pay online fees (failure to pay fees will be regarded as giving up the qualification of students who are exempted from taking the exam), and apply for secondary enrollment units and majors. Fill in the volunteers according to the predicted name of the major to be admitted, and those who fail to fill in the volunteers according to the major to be admitted are deemed to have given up automatically. At that time, our school will release the re-examination notice and the proposed admission notice in the test-free service system, and students should accept and confirm it as required within the specified time, otherwise it will be regarded as giving up automatically.
