Legend has it that during the Warring States period more than 200 years ago, Yan Taizi Dan once escaped the disaster of Qin in Peach Blossom Island. Later, a Shanjia monk named Juehua practiced here and devoted himself to studying Buddhism and Taoism, so the island was named Juehua Island. Hundreds of years later, because chrysanthemums are everywhere on the island, it was renamed Chrysanthemum Island, which has continued to this day.

2. Huludao Xingcheng Beach: The beach stretches 14 km, and consists of four beaches, namely Xinghai Bay, Gangkou Bay, Taijiawan and Laolongwan. It is the largest natural bathing beach in northern China.

3. Xingcheng Ancient City: It is a legacy left over 500 years ago. It is the best preserved ancient city of Ming Dynasty in China, and a state-level cultural relic protection unit. Xingcheng Ancient City was built in the third year of Xuande in Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1428). The ancient city is slightly square, with a circumference of 3,274 meters, a height of 8.88 meters, a bottom width of 6.5 meters and a top width of 5 meters. Build a crib along the outer edge of the wall top and a parapet on the inner side.

4. Ningyuan Ancient City: The earliest record of the name Xingcheng in the history of Xingcheng County was in Liao Dynasty. Xingcheng County was established in the eighth year of Emperor Shengzong of Liao Dynasty (AD 990) (Taohuadao County is now located in Haikou, Diaoyutai Street), which is the earliest origin of Xingcheng's name.

5. Huludao Longwan Beach Ski Resort: It is the only beach ski resort in China, the only urban ski resort in China, and the only simulated ski resort in summer. It has the largest ski resort in Finland in Asia, with 1 double-chair ropeways and 2 pull-rod ropeways at an altitude of 1000 meters.
