Where is Wuzhen?
Wuzhen, Zhejiang Province, located in Tongxiang City, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, is one of the first batch of historical and cultural towns in China and a national 5A tourist area. There are famous tourist attractions, such as Tashi, Mao Dun's former residence, Mu Xin Art Museum, etc. It is a typical ancient town in Jiangnan, China. Wuzhen is known as "China's last water town", "the land of fish and rice, and the land of silk". Wuzhen is located on the southeast coast and has a typical subtropical monsoon climate. It is warm and humid, with abundant rainfall and sunshine, long spring and short autumn, cold winter and hot summer, warm spring and cool autumn, and four distinct seasons. Wuzhen tourist attractions 1. Dongzha Scenic Area Dongzha Scenic Area is located east of the North and South Chenghe River. There are six bridges on the river, and the ancient wooden houses on the north bank are connected together to form the East Gate. The landscape of Dongzha Water Town is complete and relatively primitive. Handicraft workshops and traditional shops each have their own characteristics. The tour route of Dongzha mainly passes through an ancient small street. The main attractions are: Huiyuan Pawn Shop, Hanlindi, Xiuzhen Temple, Ancient Stage, Mao Dun’s Former Residence, Yu Liuliang Coin Museum, Wood Sculpture Museum, Blue Calico Dyeing Workshop, Wuzhen Folk Museum, Jiangnan Hundred Beds Museum, Sanjiu Winery, Boxing Boat Show, Fengyuan Shuangqiao et al. There are also some people living in Dongzha, mostly old people, and there is smoke everywhere. The original local living customs are preserved, and the humanistic sentiments are vividly displayed here. 2. Tashi Scenic Area Tashi is located on Wuzhen West Street, adjacent to the ancient Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. It consists of twelve islands and is surrounded by clear water. Dozens of small bridges connect these islands, and the waterways are winding and criss-crossing, perfectly presenting the style of ancient water towns in southern China. The main body of Tashi is Tashi Old Street, which runs 1.8 kilometers from east to west in the scenic area. The main attractions are: Grand Theater, Old Arc of Plants and Trees, and Firewood and Skeletons. Ximen exudes unique charm at night. Whenever night falls, the calm river water reflects the lights of the riverside buildings, as dazzling and beautiful as the scenery in the painting. Walking on the ancient bridge of the floating market, you can still feel the prosperity and excitement of the ancient times.
