Instructions for use:

1. The annual card is valid for 365 days from the date when the information is first bound. If the information is not bound within 3 months after purchasing the card, the validity period will still be calculated.

2. After the real-name annual card is sold, it will not be returned.

3. When using the annual card, you need to bring the original resident ID card.

4. The annual card shall be registered in real-name registration system for personal use only, and valid certificates at the time of registration shall be required.
