List of American tourist visa materials

If the visa expires less than 48 months, it can be delivered without a face-to-face visa. DS 160 needs to be filled in again.

Information required to apply for a US tourist visa:

1. Valid passport: If your passport will expire or be damaged within six months of your expected arrival in the United States, or there is no blank visa issuance page on your passport, please apply for a new passport before coming for an interview.

2. Confirmation page of DS-160 form. Please indicate your Chinese name, telegram code of Chinese name, China home address, company name and address on it. Please print your form confirmation page vertically on A4 paper. Please bring the printed confirmation page of DS- 160 form with you during the interview. Do not use the fax confirmation page.

3. One photo: a 2-inch by 2-inch (5 1mm x 5 1mm) square color front photo taken within 6 months. Please see the photo requirements for details. Please stick your photo on the cover of your passport with scotch tape.

4. Original receipt of visa application fee: You can pay the visa application fee of $65,438+060 at any branch of China CITIC Bank in China. Please stick the receipt on the lower part of the confirmation page with glue or tape.

5. Passports containing previous visas to the United States, including passports that have expired.

6. Evidence that can explain why you will definitely return to China: produce documents that are binding on you in economic, social, family or other aspects to help you prove that you intend to return to China after a short stay in the United States. Due to different personal circumstances, the evidence that the applicant should produce is also different. The following documents can help the visa officer to evaluate whether you intend to return to China: household registration book, ID card, employment certificate, payroll that objectively reflects your monthly income, passbook with regular entry and exit records, etc.

7. Invitation letter: If you are invited to visit American residents, the information in column □U will be helpful to your application: the information of the inviter, the purpose of visiting the United States, and the travel schedule arranged in advance. If you are only traveling to the United States, you don't need to show an invitation letter.

8. proof of funds: prove that you have the ability to pay all the expenses that you don't work during your stay in the United States, such as a payroll that objectively reflects your monthly income and a passbook with regular entry and exit records.
