Introduction to Mulan Kang Valley Tourism Project in Wuhan

Wuhan Mulan Kanggu tourist attraction project is a characteristic tourism and cultural industry to be built in the region in the future. In recent years, national policies have vigorously promoted the development of the health industry, and Wuhan's successful application for a free trade zone has provided an opportunity for the development of the health industry. As a tourist hotspot in Wuhan, the Mulan Scenic Area Group in Huangpi area is still mainly for sightseeing and lacks culture and leisure. The health care industry in Wuhan and even the central region is still blank.

Therefore, how to make use of Mulan Jingqun’s good resource advantages, take the lead in raising the banner of the health and wellness industry, and create an international comprehensive health and wellness tourism destination is the reason and fundamental starting point for the development of this project.

1. Interpretation of project difficulties

Mulan Scenic Area is a high-density, high-quality scenic spot cluster, but it mainly focuses on landscape sightseeing, lacks cultural connotation, and has low per capita consumption. How to create high-quality leisure and vacation products to break the dilemma of tourists’ short stay? How to use the advantages of well-known scenic spots to carry out differentiated development planning? How to improve Huangpi regional tourism supporting facilities and enhance service functions to meet the increasingly strong market demand? These are the problems that need to be solved in this project.

From October 2010 to October 2010, relying on the resource conditions and location advantages of Mulankang Valley, and with the policy support and good development trends of health tourism, the project location became famous for its "Mulan Scenic Group" brand , with "Mulan Kanggu Health Cloud" as its own development feature, it introduces international and domestic health care institutions, and integrates modern medical care, sports health care, traditional Chinese medicine health care, and dietary health care in the form of "TCM retreat and Western medicine mobilization".

(1) The Mulan brand is combined with intangible cultural heritage and folk customs to create a unique theme culture.

It is proposed to create a "Legendary Mulan" tourist cluster, and at the same time, Huangpi District will create and promote the brand of "China's Hometown of Mulan, Four Seasons Huangpi Leisure". Therefore, the Mulan brand is the most important cultural resource in the project location. In addition, the Huangpi region has rich intangible cultural heritage, especially in dietary skills, folk art and folk dances. The unique Mulan culture combined with the colorful intangible cultural heritage constitutes the core cultural axis of the Mulan Kanggu project and runs through the entire project planning.

(2) Based on the concept of "four-in-one", three major planning strategies are proposed.

In order to explore the unique cultural heritage of the project location, integrate characteristic natural resources, and create a new urbanization demonstration area, Lu Wei Cultural Tourism has established a "four-in-one" planning concept of culture, ecology, form, and commercial form, and On this basis, three major planning strategies of industry, ecology and wisdom were proposed.

As for the industrial development strategy, it is characterized by the health industry and takes the five dimensions of "nourishing the mind, nourishing the mind, nourishing the soul, nourishing the heart, and nourishing the body" as the core to form a vertical "research-production-sales" integrated industrial chain. , horizontally integrating organic agriculture, processing industry, sports industry, tourism industry, financial industry and other industries, highlighting the three major characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine health care, cultural health care, and poetry and painting enjoyment.

In terms of ecological strategy, it is based on the theoretical basis of "ecological infrastructure (EI) and sponge city", through comprehensive planning of water systems, ecological agriculture, biodiversity, ecological buildings and other aspects. We will build a large ecosystem. In terms of smart strategy, based on information technology, a cloud data platform is established to form convenient information technology applications for tourists, and provide navigation, tour guide, and tour guide services in Mulankang Valley.
