How to approve rural tourism land

Legal analysis: there are five steps in the approval process of rural tourism land. One is to sign contracts, including land use agreements or joint venture agreements. ; The other is to apply for land to the local district and county natural resources bureau; The third is to delimit the scope of land use according to the planning approval survey; The fourth is to review whether it meets the land use planning and land use conditions, and report it to the district or county people's government for approval after examination and approval; The fifth is certification and filing.

Legal basis: Article 17 of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China is compiled according to the following principles:

(2) Strictly protect permanent basic farmland and strictly control the occupation of agricultural land by non-agricultural construction;

(3) improve the level of land conservation and intensive use;

(six) the quantity and quality of cultivated land occupied and reclaimed.
