Sanqingshan Tourism Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. was established in accordance with the Opinions of Shangrao Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on Further Accelerating the Development of Tourism Industry and the Decision of Scientific Outlook on Development on Accelerating the Development of Sanqingshan Tourism Industry, in order to deepen the reform of tourism system, enhance the management level and competitive strength of Shangrao cultural tourism industry and promote the development of tourism industry. In April 2009, with the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the State Council, a state-level regional-free group company was formally established.
