First of all, it takes at least 7 hours (one way) from Changsha to Mangshan, unless you take the high-speed train to Chenzhou. The high-speed rail, however, is too expensive and needs 160 yuan.

The second reason is the higher cost. After arriving in Chenzhou, take a bus to Mangshan, and the fare is 30 (one way). Admission to Mangshan Forest Park, ticket 104 yuan (half price for students). Because the scenic spots in the park are far apart, you need to take the bus in the park, and 40 yuan is alone. Accommodation, family accommodation should be at least forty or fifty people on weekdays (Golden Week11bed). Plus eating. A person's consumption is at least above 300.

The third reason is that it usually takes two days to travel in Mangshan. Because most of the trails are mountain climbing, you will be very tired. If you are not used to it, kicking once will hurt for several days.
