Develop six major blocks to create a national 5A-level scenic tourist area

A few days ago, the "Lishui City Tankeng Reservoir Area Tourism Development Master Plan" (2008-2020) was officially released and implemented. Tourism development in the Tankeng Reservoir Area will take the waters of the Tankeng Reservoir Area as the core axis and focus on the development of six major blocks: Dam Block, Beishan Block, Linggen Block, Luxixia Block, Jiulong Block and Waishe block. The total planned investment is 10.329 billion yuan.

With the theme of "Window to Overseas Chinese Hometown, European Style", the Beishan Block focuses on developing tourism and vacation product projects around the functions of tourist gathering and distribution, style vacation, water experience, entertainment and leisure. The layout relies on Beishan Town and Qingtian overseas Chinese culture, and uses the gentle slopes around the Beishan water area, the largest water surface in the reservoir area, such as Corridor, Wushan, Lengshuikeng, Erping, Qishan, Chenshan and Damiao Bay, to form a relatively concentrated area that can display overseas Chinese. A high-end resort community with rural style, combined with the natural terrain and construction land conditions of each plot, to build Beishan International Resort Town, Wanguo Style Resort Community, Celebrity Yacht Club and other tourism project groups.

With the theme of "Hydropower Tourism Node, Reservoir Area Tourism Gateway", the dam area focuses on developing tourism products around the two major functions of hydropower tourism and rural leisure. Spatially forming "three groups, one dam and one river", "one dam" refers to the Tankeng Reservoir dam area, "one river" refers to the river channel under the dam, and the "three groups" include the dam area science tourism group, the dam's reception and recreation group and the rural areas Tour groups.

With the theme of "Ecological Green Valley, Resort Paradise", Linggen Block focuses on the two major functions of tourist gathering and vacation leisure, focusing on building a landscape resort community, a three-dimensional happy harbor, water sports and leisure, and mountain fitness and leisure. Four major project groups.

The Kowloon block takes "Geological Scenic Spots and Style Towns" as its theme, and focuses on developing tourism products around geological sightseeing, mountain resorts and other functions. It is divided into two major groups, namely the Kowloon Tourism Reception Center and the Kowloon Mountain Mountain Park.

The Luxixia block is themed "Shexiang Wonderland, East China's Wonderful Gorges" and develops tourism products around canyon sightseeing, Shexiang vacation, ecological experience, hiking adventure and other functions. The overall structure of "one corridor, one core, three outlets and five areas" is formed in space. "One corridor" refers to the ecological landscape corridor of Luxi Canyon, "one core" refers to Linwei Tourism Service Reception Center, and "three outlets" refers to Linwei and Zhengkeng. There are three entrances to Meiqi, and the "five areas" refer to the five scenic spots including Dajianshan, Tianshitai, Shibatan, Sandu Water and Meiqiyuan.

With the theme of "Shexiang Everlasting City, Folk Fun Park", the Waishe area develops tourism products around functions such as tourist gathering and distribution, national culture, waterfront parks, and holiday residences. The internal space is centered around the National Performing Arts Plaza, which mainly arranges Shexiang style blocks, ethnic cultural villages, Shexiang style mountains, waterfront parks and other leisure and entertainment venues.
