The gluing technology of shoes and boots is the most widely used technology in the footwear industry at present. The advantages of this technology are that it is suitable for all kinds of materials, high production efficiency and suitable for assembly line operation.
Taking glued shoes as an example, the main technological process is as follows: cutting and making uppers of fabrics and lining (including edges, hems, seams, etc. )-making the bottom (including shaping, processing and stretching the upper of various soles)-closing the bottom (closing the bottom)-drying and shaping-taking out the shoe last-inspection, etc.
The thermal vulcanization process of shoes and boots can be divided into thermal vulcanization paste process and thermal vulcanization molding process, the former is widely used. Thermal vulcanization shoe-making technology is mainly used in the production of rubber-soled shoes such as travel shoes, sports shoes and leisure shoes.
The main technological processes of thermal vulcanization bonding technology are: vamp manufacturing, rubber parts manufacturing, molding, vulcanization and last removal.
Injection molding (injection molding) is a method of making shoes by injection molding. This technology is mostly used in travel shoes, sports shoes, sports shoes and other footwear. Injection molding technology can be divided into whole shoe injection technology (the upper is made separately) and sole injection technology, and sole injection technology can be divided into monochrome injection technology and multicolor injection technology. The main flow of the injection molding process is to compress the material in the injection molding device, then plasticize it (solid plastic is transformed into fluid) and homogenize it, then inject the fluid plastic into the mold cavity of the shoe through the injection channel of the mold, and then cool it to get the molded product.
Molding technology is widely used in shoes with high bottom bonding strength, such as labor insurance shoes and military shoes. There are two kinds of forming processes: stretch side forming and sleeve last forming. The main process of forming the stretched upper is that after pilling the stretched upper, the original last is pulled out, coated with glue, placed on the same aluminum last of the molding machine, and then the mixed glue is put into the bottom die, heated and melted by the molding machine, and pressed downward. Finally, the rubber compound is hot-melted, pressed and closely synthesized with the upper, and the whole process is basically completed.
Sewing technology is a traditional shoe-making technology. The basic feature of sewing technology is that the vamp and bottom are sewn with special hemp thread. The sewing process is complex and requires high technology, which fully embodies people's technological ability and skills, and is mostly used to make high-grade leather shoes. Technology is not only the production process of processing molding materials, but also exquisite, perfect and complex technology can bring scientific and technological beauty to users (consumers), that is, it has an aesthetic value.
