Provisions on scenic spot tickets and children tickets

Legal analysis: In fact, many scenic spots in China, that is, various tourist attractions, are generally measured by height. Moreover, different tourist attractions have their own regulations on the standard of free tickets for children. Some are 1 m2, and some are 1 m2. Some are based on something in between.

Legal basis: National Development and Reform Commission issued the document "Opinions of National Development and Reform Commission on Further Implementing Youth Ticket Price Concessions" (Development and Reform Price [2065438+02] No.283).

Article 1 The policy standard of youth ticket price is: children under 6 years old (including 6 years old) or under 1.2 meters in height (including 1.2 meters) are free at the sightseeing spots where government pricing and government-guided price management are implemented; Half-price tickets are offered to minors aged 6 (excluding 6) to 18 (including 18), full-time undergraduate students and below. Included in the patriotic education base, students' groups in primary and secondary schools are free to visit. Encourage the implementation of market-adjusted prices for sightseeing spots to give young people fare concessions with reference to the above provisions. If the preferential price range of youth tickets around the country does not meet the above standards, it shall be implemented according to the above standards; If the preferential margin has reached the above standards, it shall still be implemented according to local standards.

Article 2 Teenagers need to show valid certificates such as resident ID card or student ID card when purchasing tickets. Young inbound tourists from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can go through the ticket purchase formalities with valid identification certificates such as "Hong Kong and Macao Residents' Pass to and from the Mainland", "mainland travel permit for taiwan residents" or student ID cards, and enjoy preferential fares.
