Shehong Huaguo Mountain is also known as Ping'an Scenic Area

The front gate of Ping'an Forest Park is located near the north gate turntable of the county. It goes to Chongqing and Fuling in the south, Mianyang and Guangyuan in the north, Chengdu and Deyang in the west, and Nanchong and Wanxian in the east. It is called a transportation hub and has an excellent geographical location. The mountain gate is not big, but its momentum is extraordinary. The green trees on both sides of the road seem to welcome tourists. Two giant stone dragons lead you straight to the scenic area management office and take you into the first scenic area - Ping'an Village Forest Area.

This is a world of flowers and a sea of ??grass. Various rare flowers and plants appear vibrant and lush against the backdrop of green trees. The scenic spot is full of flowers all year round, with peaches and plums blooming in spring, azaleas blooming in summer, chrysanthemums blooming in autumn, and wintersweet blooming in the snow in winter. The fragrance is overflowing, bees are busy and butterflies are in love. When you are mesmerized by the flowers, you can lie on the large grassland, look at the blue sky and white clouds, and smell the fragrant fragrance of the flowers, and the fatigue all over your body will be swept away. What's even more amazing is that there are also plum blossoms that bloom twice a year. The dance of plum blossoms and autumn chrysanthemums is still a mystery to this day. Because the terrain of the forest area is relatively flat, some people call it Wolongping.

Climb up the stairs from Wolongping, pass by the exhibition hall built in memory of He Cheng, the founder of China's generation of leaders, and then enter the second scenic spot - the leisure resort.

The leisure resort looks like a galloping dragon's spine from a distance, and a green corridor from a closer look. The standard tourist road runs along the Dragon's Backbone and goes straight into the depths of the forest. The trees in the scenic area reach up to the sky and shade the sun. In the low mountains below Dragon's Back, the air is fresh, birds sing and insects chirp, and you can hear the sounds of nature, adding to the tranquility. It is a good place for leisure and vacation. There are resorts integrating food, accommodation and entertainment as well as unique catering, entertainment and accommodation facilities. The happy forest under the ridge is relatively secluded and is an ideal place for lovers to talk about love. Especially in spring, there are dappled sunlight, cuckoos singing in the valley, mushroom pavilions dotted there, gurgling streams and endless affection, making people forget to leave.

Climb up a steep slope and you will reach "Backgammon". The so-called "Bubugao" is a larger, relatively flat place on the mountainside. People flattened it and built a parking lot, and ordinary people got off the car here and walked up the mountain. There are restaurants and teahouses around the parking lot. In addition, the dam here is large and the view is wide. People like to come here to drink tea, chat, play chess, poker and mahjong. There are also many mass organizations such as schools, trade unions, women's federations, and the Communist Youth League here to hold garden activities and the like, so it is called a cultural and entertainment area. The jelly, cold noodles and other snacks in this area are very famous, and it is not a bad idea to have them for lunch after fun. On a sunny day, this is a very lively place. The scenery here is like a world apart, looking at Luo Lake in the north and the county town in the south. It is quiet and noisy at the same time, and the charm is suddenly vivid. This is the reason why the Fujiang River forms an "S" shape in this section. Ping'an Scenic Area is located in the Lower Bay, so how could this strange scene not appear.

Ascending from "Bubugao", there are two roads on the mountainside and one on the top of the mountain. Climbing up from the middle path, you will see the majestic pagoda halls and palaces, which are the commanding heights of the mountain. There are Dengyun Temple, Luohan Hall, White Pagoda, Twenty-Four Filial Piety Hall and other buildings, which are called religious activity areas.

The religious activity area is a place where people burn incense and worship Buddha. There are antique architectural landscapes such as the Main Hall, as well as facilities for pilgrims to eat and stay. The altitude of Dengyun Temple is not high, but in winter, the mist beneath the mountain steams and white floats on the rivers, filling the ravines. Leaning on the railing and looking out into the distance, you will feel as if you are sailing on the sea and walking on the clouds. Du Fu has a poem that says: "A jade girl burns incense and kneels, and an immortal comes from the mist." Although it describes the scenery of Jinhua Mountain, it is still very appropriate to use here. Going forward from the Guanyin Hall to the back mountain is the Eight Hundred Arhat Hall. The number of Luohan halls in other places is only five hundred, but here it is eight hundred. The reason is that according to Buddhist scriptures, some say five hundred, and some say eight hundred and one thousand. When I entered the hall and took a look, I saw a lot of Arhats in different shapes, expressing the joys, anger, sorrows and joys of the world. It is said that counting from any place forward according to your age, the last one must be the reflection of your life. The Twenty-Four Filial Piety Hall is a Confucian building and tells the story of the Twenty-Four Filial Piety. In other places, it is usually reflected with murals, but here it is made into clay sculptures. One of the twenty-four filial piety is "Mu Lian saves his mother", and Mu Lian's hometown is in Shehong Qingdi. Many people are not very familiar with Mulian. He was one of the two holy monks granted imperial titles in the Tang Dynasty. The other was Tang Xuanzang, who became a household name because of "Journey to the West". Mulian was only known for his role in the Sichuan opera "Mu Lian Saves His Mother" , is a little famous among Sichuan Opera fans, but little known to others. The White Pagoda may be unique in Sichuan, but it is very common in Yunnan, India, Myanmar, and Thailand. Many people arrived at Ping'an Scenic Area and were very surprised when they saw the White Pagoda. They suspected that they had arrived in Yintai. The White Tower symbolizes national unity. The white pagoda built is a Hinayana Buddhist building, a nine-height white pagoda with a diameter of 10.8 meters. The main pagoda in the middle is 16 meters high, and the eight surrounding ones are slightly lower. There are wind chimes attached to the top of each tower. The breeze blows and the jingling sound can be heard everywhere. The green mountains and green water reflecting the white pagoda add another scene to Ping'an Forest Park.

After coming down from the White Tower, you will enter the tourist area. This scenic spot is located in the north of the mountain, at the head of the dragon, and the terrain is very dangerous. The rocks at your feet have been washed away by the Fujiang River for thousands of years, and they have become like knives and axes. Even if the ape is worried about climbing, there are ancient people who are not afraid of hardships and dig three caves on the cliff to prevent war. These three caves are called Guiyun Cave, named after the clouds rolled into the cave. This mountain rock is also known as Dangerous Eagle Rock and Xingying Rock. No matter how you understand it, it is inseparable from the word "danger". Standing on this dangerous rock and looking around, the water of Fujiang River reaches the horizon, and the "S"-shaped upper bay is directly in front of your eyes. The Luosichi Electric Navigation Engineering Dam is like a sharp sword, cutting the Fujiang River in half and forming a huge lake - Luo Lake in the upper reaches.

But when I saw the lakeside was studded with green jade, surrounded by green mountains on both sides, the boats in the lake were like shuttles, and the blue waves were reflected, as if I could reach out. I suddenly felt that the jade was clear and my heart was like a mirror, as if I had entered a dreamlike world. A kind of holy emotion immediately came over me. heart. Although the rock is dangerous, there is a stone ladder trail that climbs down from the left side and leads directly to Luohu Pier. If you want to visit Luo Lake, you can walk down here and continue to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Luo Lake along the way.

If Ping'an Forest Park were composed as a symphony, its starting melody should be "I wish you peace" and its ending melody should be "Mountains Don't Turn and Waters Turn". Its cadenza is at the Eagle Rock, and its climax is at the Dengyun Tower.

Dengyun Tower is located on the top of the compass in the tourist area. Luopanding is the highest peak in Pingan Forest Park. Dengyun Tower is 9 floors and 54 meters high, and the telecommunications signal transmitter on the roof is 84 meters high. It is unique in the central Sichuan area. It is so tall and majestic that it can be seen from dozens of kilometers away on the hilly land. Standing on the tower and looking around, you can see the undulating mountains and the meandering rivers, just like the waves of the sea, surging thousands of miles away. You can also see the criss-crossing streets and dots of buildings, like giant miniature sculptures, and there are many things to see. People who have never flown on an airplane can also experience the feeling of overlooking from a high altitude.

There are eight wonders in Pingan Forest Park. In addition to the wonders of Arhats (three hundred more Arhats) and plants (two plum blossoms) mentioned just now, there are also wonders of terrain, roads, pavilions and corridors, and word combinations.

Let’s talk about the strange terrain first. It is steep in the north and beautiful in the south, and quiet in the south and west. It connects the county with a huge lake, and is surrounded by the Fujiang River, just like one of the yin and yang fish in the Tai Chi diagram. This fish consists of Panlong Mountain and the mountains on the left and right sides forming a huge "Chuan" character. There is the Mianyu Highway on the left and the Fujiang River water on the right. Together with the two ditches in the middle, it forms a huge "Four" character. It looks like a penholder from the north and a barrier from the south. Its geographical location and topography are very unique. Let’s talk about the strange rocks. In the early years of Dengyun Temple, a budding lotus was carved out of rock, and soon it bloomed naturally. To this day, there is still a trace of moisture on the mountain, which is still very obvious no matter how severe the drought is. There is a Bay-leaf Sutra in the temple, which has more pages than any Bay-leaf Sutra preserved in the province. It is a "treasure that holds the mountain" bought back from abroad by a friend of our county. Its origin is unknown. This is another strange. The roads on the mountain can go directly to the top of the mountain, and standard stone trails are everywhere. Even during the rainy season, tourists can travel the entire mountain without getting a trace of mud on their feet. This is unique among the newly built scenic spots in the province. There are a total of 46 pavilions and corridors on the mountain, which means prosperity in the four seasons and good fortune in six and six seasons. Especially the 41 pavilions and corridors, each with its own characteristics and different from each other, are dotted among the green trees, which can be called the culmination of a collection of pavilions and corridors. The museum has become a wonder.
