Wuxi movie and television base

Zhong Shi Wuxi Film and Television Base is located on the bank of Taihu Lake in the southern suburbs of Wuxi. It used to be the battlefield of Chibi War, the home of Wu Dalang and Pan Jinlian, and the Huaqing Pool where Yang Guifei bathed. Everything you see here is a familiar scene in film and television dramas. If you are lucky, you can meet the crew being filmed.

China Wuxi Film and Television Base consists of three scenic spots, namely San'guo City, Shuihucheng and Tang Cheng, which were built by CCTV to shoot the TV series Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Water Margin, Tang Huangming and Yang Guifei. Ordinary tourists only play the annals of the Three Kingdoms and Water Margin. On the one hand, it is because of traffic. San'guo City is at the southernmost tip of the whole film and television base, with water margin in the middle, and the gate is connected with San'guo City, while Tang Cheng is at the northernmost tip, separated from San'guo City and water margin. There is no scenic tour bus in Tang Cheng, so you need to go out of the scenic spot to get there by bus. On the other hand, there are wonderful performances in San'guo City and Water Margin, but not in Tang Cheng. If time is limited, you can only play San'guo City, which is the best.

Introduction of scenic spots

Adjacent to Taihu Lake in San'guo City, it is a film and television base built by CCTV for shooting 84 TV series Romance of the Three Kingdoms. The scenic spot uses lake scenery, including the water battlefield and the Wu Palace that burned Chibi. Visitors can see scenes from film and television dramas here. If you are lucky, you can also meet the crew that is being filmed.

San'guo City

San'guo City belongs to Zhong Shi Wuxi Film and Television Base, and San'guo City is at the southernmost tip of the whole film and television base. After entering the gate of San'guo City Scenic Area, walk west along the main road to the end, then turn north, take the L-shaped route, and visit the scenic area in the order of Cao Ying-Wuyingwu Palace.

The gate of the scenic spot, the tower of the Three Kingdoms, is the shooting place of Zhuge Liang's empty city plan in The Romance of the Three Kingdoms. After entering the door, on the right hand side are the statues of Taoyuan and Three Kingdoms where Liu Bei, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei got married. On the left is the racecourse, and "Three English Wars against Lu Bu" is a must-see performance for San'guo City.

Go west, pass the huge Ding Han in the central square, and you will arrive at Shui Han Village in Cao Ying. Burning Red Cliff, writing poems by Zhiheng and borrowing arrows from grass boats were all filmed here. On the land of the camp, stands a three-story platform of General Cao Cao, facing the enemy tower on Taihu Lake. On the lake, a huge Cao Cao ship is moored by the lake. You can vaguely feel the soul-stirring of Battle of Red Cliffs.

Walking through the arena, the red cliff plank road and the ancient city wall, you will arrive at Wuying at the westernmost end. Here, Zhou Yu, who is in the shape of a military account, will hold a meeting on the stage to shoot the Seven-Star Altar built by Zhuge Liang in the east wind and the Nine Palaces and Eight Diagrams built by countless wooden stakes. At Wuying Wharf near Taihu Lake, you can take an ancient boat to visit Taihu Lake and 30 yuan.

Turn north, and you will arrive at the Wu Palace with white walls and blue tiles, which is very characteristic of Jiangnan. The two que buildings standing in front of the palace are

To the north, it is the back garden of Wugong. There is a waterside pavilion where Liu Bei and Sun Shangxiang practice sword and martial arts. At the bottom of the harem is Sun Quan's discussion hall, study room and board room. The second floor is Liu Bei's bridal chamber. Coming out of the harem, climbing a flight of stairs to the hillside, Wu Guotai's blind date, Liu Bei and Sun Quan's stone-splitting wish were all filmed here.

Depart from Kanloki and arrive at the fire stunt field in Chibi, the northernmost part of San'guo City. In the north of the Three Kingdoms, adjacent to it is Water Margin City, which can be purchased with coupons.
