National Highway 33 1 Full Route Map on the Road

33 1 National Highway runs through plains, lakes, forests and grasslands, the most lonely desert Gobi no man's land on the border between China and Mongolia, and finally several oases in northern Xinjiang. Will be divided into five stages to travel, the following is a detailed introduction.

The first stage: the journey from Brzin-Hami to Dongjiang.

Because there is still a section from Altay to Populus euphratica that has not been opened, this section will go east from Burqin County, pass through Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang, leave Junggar Basin, and reach Hami, the gateway of eastern Xinjiang. This trip began with the magnificent scenery of the Erqis River, the second longest river in Xinjiang.

Crossing the Ulungu River, overlooking Bogda Peak, and walking into the Balikun Grassland, you can appreciate the magnificence of the Erqis Grand Canyon, the shock of the Cocotohai No.3 Mine, the prosperity of the Grand Bazaar in Urumqi, the temperament of the ancient silk road town of Balikun, the primitive steam locomotive in Sandaoling and the mystery of the Hami sea route. The whole journey is about1.500km, and it is suggested that it can be completed in 5-8 days.

The second stage: a trip to the Gobi Populus euphratica forest in Hami-Erenhot desert.

Since the section of Naomaohu Lake is not open to traffic, the second section of the trip then starts from Hami, passes through Ejina Banner to Erenhot, passes through the marginal areas of Badain Jaran Desert, Tengger Desert, Wulanbuhe Desert, turns to National Highway 242 in central Inner Mongolia, and shuttles between the towering Yinshan Mountains, giving a panoramic view of the Hetao Plain.

This section is a desert Gobi no man's land, with simple scenery, long journey time and few surrounding scenic spots. It is suggested that some sections can directly take the Beijing-Xinjiang Expressway. The most basic sightseeing spots are concentrated in Ejina Banner. The sunrise in Juyanhai is picturesque, and the scenery of Populus euphratica forest in 10 is even more dazzling. The whole road section is about 2220 kilometers, and it is suggested that it can be completed in 5-8 days.

The third stage: Erenhot-Svimeng-Russian border customs and culture tour.

The third journey will start from Erenhot, the "hometown of dinosaurs", cross the Inner Mongolia prairie, enter the Daxinganling area, and reach Shiwei of Hulunbeier grassland. Driving on the border between China, Mongolia and Russia, this section will pass through important ports of many countries along the way and meet Cretaceous dinosaur fossils and so on. The whole road section is about 1865 km, which can be roughly divided into 7-9 days.

The fourth stage: Wei Shi-Fuyuan tour of the North Pole and East Pole of the motherland.

The fourth trip will start from Shiwei, which is full of Russian amorous feelings, pass through Daxinganling forest region, enter Heilongjiang Province, pass through Mohe, the "Arctic" in China, and reach Fuyuan, the "East Pole" in China. The terrain and landforms that this section passes through are relatively complex, including grasslands, mountains, valleys, plains, etc., which tests the driving skills of travelers, and relatively speaking, the rewards of travel are also very rich.

Along the way, you will enter the Arctic Village of Mohe to "seek the north", visit the sealed city secrets in Aihui, Heihe, learn about a heavy history in Yushengshan fortress, and finally punch in at China Oriental First Post. The whole journey of this section is about 2335 kilometers, which can be roughly divided into 8- 10 days.

The fifth stage: Fuyuan —— The Red Memory Journey of Dandong Heilongjiang Border Town.

The fifth and final leg of the trip will start from Fuyuan, the "East Pole" of China, along Wusuli River, Tumen River and Yalu River, and reach the end point of G33/KLOC-0-Dandong, the "Red Oriental City". The section G33 1 is basically built along the border, and the border between China, Russia and North Korea is mostly rivers. In addition, the Changbai Mountain range makes the terrain here complicated, so the road conditions in this section are more complicated.

Walking on it, the first half is basically a Sino-Russian amorous feelings area, and the scenery and history related to Russia are basically here. The other half starts from Hunchun and goes all the way to Dandong, which is a Chinese-Korean amorous feelings area and a red tourist section. Most historical relics and deeds related to the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea can be found here. The whole road section is about 2420 kilometers, which can be roughly divided into 9~ 1 1 day.
