Organizational Structure of Shanghai International Tourism Resort

Shanghai International Tourism Resort Management Committee, as an agency of the municipal government, has "one room and four places":

Office (policies and regulations, organization and personnel): responsible for the comprehensive secretarial, file management, labor and personnel, logistics, information system and financial work of the resort management Committee; Study, formulate and review policy norms, regional standards and legal documents, and be responsible for legal activities such as litigation and reconsideration.

Comprehensive planning department: formulate, adjust and implement regional development plans and comprehensive plans; Coordinate investment promotion; Approval and filing of enterprise investment projects, and examination and approval of foreign-invested enterprises; Government financial fund management and industrial development fund management; Carry out industrial policy research.

Ministry of Industrial Development: formulate industrial development plans and industrial guidance catalogues, and carry out industrial innovation research; Coordinate the affairs of resident institutions and parks, and build a public service platform; Responsible for external publicity, public relations, brand building, etc.

Planning and construction department: implementing laws, regulations and policies related to planning and construction; Participate in the preparation of comprehensive and professional planning of resorts; Responsible for the planning, administrative approval and daily management of various construction projects.

Environment and Landscape Department: comprehensively manage and coordinate environmental protection, water supply, greening and cityscape in the resort.
