: Group reservation matters
1. If you need to explain the group visit, please make a reservation one day in advance. The reservation phone number is 0592-5371607, and the reservation time is from 9:00 to 16:30 from Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Monday).
2. For booking groups, please arrive at the Xiamen Museum on time to avoid affecting the day’s visit arrangements. If they are more than 40 minutes late, the booked service will be canceled or rescheduled.
3. In order to ensure the safety of the exhibition hall and the quality of the visit, the team leader is obliged to cooperate with the guide to maintain the order of the team during the visit.
4. In order to ensure the safety of cultural relics, large groups of more than 300 people must enter the exhibition hall in batches, and the number of people entering each time shall not exceed the maximum number of people that the exhibition hall can accommodate (i.e. "Xiamen Historical Exhibition" 150, "Min. Taiwan Folklore" 150, "Exhibition of Fine Cultural Relics in the Collection" 50).
5. Student groups visit in class units, and the leading teacher organizes a team outside the exhibition hall to explain the precautions to the students, and then the instructor leads them into the exhibition hall.
6. If a tour group visits the museum, if there is a reservation, the museum will provide free explanation services; if there is no reservation, a tour guide will be asked to guide the tour.
7. Any visiting group is not allowed to organize tourists to dine in the museum.
8. Visitors are not allowed to smoke, make noise, chase or touch exhibits in the museum. If tourists violate any relevant regulations in the museum, the museum staff have the right to stop them; if they do not listen to dissuasion, the museum staff have the right to ask them to leave immediately.
There is a service desk in the lobby to provide consultation services, brochure collection, etc. A docent provides commentary, and audio guides are available for rent.

6. Please do not use flash or tripod to take photos of cultural relics in the exhibition hall, and it is prohibited to use photos for commercial and publishing purposes.
7. Consciously care for cultural relics and exhibits, exhibition facilities and other public service facilities, flowers, plants, trees, etc. If there is any damage, you need to compensate according to the price and bear the corresponding legal liability.
8. Smoking, eating, making noise, chasing, climbing, lying, spitting and littering are prohibited in the exhibition hall.
