The weightless environment of space

Currently, China and Russia are conducting weightless training in the Il-76 large transport aircraft.

The aircraft flies in a parabolic trajectory, and when descending, it can experience a weightless environment for about 30 seconds.

On December 17 last year, at the Gagarin Atlas Space Center in Moscow, the Russian capital, a Chinese tourist experienced the joy of flying on a trapeze in a weightless state. On that day, 10 Chinese tourists boarded the IL-76-MDK aircraft and completed 240 seconds of weightless training in the air. They are not only the first Chinese people to try space weightlessness experimental training since the center started operating commercial tourism projects at the end of 1999, but they are also the first tourist group from Asia to try this training.

This kind of simulation training can be carried out repeatedly by the aircraft. Descending in a high-speed elevator gives you this feeling of weightlessness.
