The highest authority in china tourism association is the member congress. The general meeting of members is held every four years. The executive body of the members' congress is the Council. The Council is elected by the members' congress. The term of office of the Council is four years and it meets once a year. When the Council is not in session, the Standing Council shall exercise its functions and powers.
