Treatment process
First, the new office
For the first time, you must submit your application in person to the exit-entry administration office where your account is located. The application materials include: resident identity card and its copy (copied on A4 paper, and can be copied on the same paper) and fill in the Application Form for Entry and Exit Certificate of China Citizens;
Two 2-inch color light background photos (or photos can be taken at your own expense), and go to Hong Kong and Macao for endorsement respectively. If you only go to Hong Kong, you have to apply for a Hong Kong endorsement; if you only go to Macao, you have to apply for a Macao endorsement. If you go to Hong Kong and Macao, you must apply for both endorsements.
The processing time limit is 10 working days from the date of acceptance (the first or non-first application). But the mailing day (usually about five days) and holidays are not included.
The cost of each 80 yuan Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao; One exchange endorsement, each 15 yuan, two exchange endorsements, each 30 yuan.
Second, update.
You can handle it with your ID card and valid travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao, or you can handle it as an agent. The agent needs to carry my ID card. When the Hong Kong and Macao Pass expires, you need to go to the exit-entry administration department of the public security bureau at or above the county (district) level where your account is located in person, and the materials and related procedures you need to carry are the same as those when you first apply.
When handling, you need to bring the following information:
1. Original and photocopy of ID card.
2. The copy is A4 (the ID card needs to be copied on the front and back, and the household registration book needs to be copied on the home page and my page).
3. Two-inch bareheaded plane color recent photo with blue background and dark collared coat. The photo size is 48X33mm, the head width is 2 1-24mm, and the head length is 28-33mm (you must take photos in the photo studio designated by the Public Security Bureau, or you can take photos when entering or leaving the country. 4. The old Hong Kong and Macao Pass needs to be returned to the Exit-Entry Administration.
