Kaifeng Longting Scenic Area is an AAAA-level tourist attraction. It is also close to another famous attraction in Kaifeng, the Qingming Festival Riverside. Introduction to Kaifeng Longting Scenic Area

Kaifeng Longting is a famous tourist attraction in Kaifeng, an ancient city, and a representative of Kaifeng's cultural relics. But in fact, this is not a pavilion, but a hall built on a huge 13-meter-high blue brick base. Today, Longting, Yangjia Lake and Panjia Lake together form Longting Park. Here were the ruins of palaces of Hou Liang, Later Jin, Later Han, Later Zhou, Northern Song Dynasty and Jin Dynasty during the Five Dynasties period.

The Dragon Court faces south and sits on the platform. There are 72 steps from the ground to the main hall. There are stone steps engraved with cloud and dragon patterns in the middle. After climbing onto the platform and entering the temple to view the cultural relics on display, you can overlook the ancient city of Kaifeng in front of the stone fence. There is a straight road in front of Longting, along which there are two lakes facing each other, Panjia Lake in the east and Yangjia Lake in the west.
