For China people who travel abroad, should they do as the Romans do, or should the host country be more tolerant and accept foreign tourists?

I personally still feel that when in Rome, do as the Romans do. Every country has its own living habits and religious customs. If we China people go abroad and don't abide by foreign rules and regulations and respect foreign historical customs, we will only be spurned by foreigners. Imagine if a foreigner came to China and didn't respect the traditional culture of China, would you tolerate it or hate it? Besides, going abroad, everyone in China represents the image of China. When in Rome, do as the Romans do, will foreigners have a better impression of China people? Only a few people can tolerate foreign tourists, and most people can't tolerate foreigners destroying the customs and culture of their country. Even if you don't go abroad, in other parts of China, including ethnic minorities, do as the Romans do.
