Are the tour groups on Ctrip reliable?

Ctrip is an online e-commerce company and does not have its own entity travel agency (I once bought one called Ctrip Cuiming, but it is a thing of the past). In terms of scale, Ctrip has done a lot in tourism and has a wide business coverage. More than half of Ctrip's tour groups are self-organized, and the rest are sales groups (business agents).
