Is it better to go to Mugecuo or Daocheng Aden in autumn?

I have been to both places. If I go there in autumn, I really think Daocheng Aden is my first choice. It’s not bad to see the rhododendrons and mountain lakes in Mugecuo in spring and summer. But the autumn scenery is not on the same level as Daocheng Aden.
