Passengers coming to Thailand from high-risk areas are required to provide medical and health certificates that there is no risk of COVID-19 infection.
According to the instructions, Thai Airways is required to show passengers from South Korea (Seoul and Busan), Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Kunming, Xiamen, Macau and Italy (Rome and Milan) medical health certificates without the risk of COVID-19 infection before applying for boarding passes. Moreover, passengers must fill in the T8 form (Infectious Diseases Act, 20 15) and present it to the disease control officer of the International Infectious Diseases Prevention and Control Office when they arrive at the destination airport in Thailand.
Passengers passing through Thailand and not entering high-risk areas in Thailand
Passengers who depart from the above areas and pass through Thailand and have not entered Thailand are not required to provide the above health certificates.
Returning Thai passengers
According to the information of the Ministry of Health of Thailand, Thai tourists who have stayed in the above-mentioned high-risk areas for less than 14 days before and have a fixed residence after returning to China do not need to provide the above-mentioned health certificate.
At present, most domestic and foreign airlines in Thailand have complied with CAAT's notice, urging passengers from South Korea, Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Italy and Iran, which are listed as high-risk areas of COVID-19 epidemic, to show their medical health certificates without the risk of COVID-19 infection (observed by doctors/0/4 days before departure, valid within 48 hours, regardless of hospital level, boarding passes need to be signed by doctors. And when you arrive at the airport in Thailand, you must fill in the T8 form (20 15 version of Infectious Diseases Act) and show it to the disease control officer of the International Office of Infectious Diseases Prevention and Control.
Three restrictions:

1. Visitors can apply to cancel their travel itinerary in advance and refund the service fee:

1 visa fee; 2 air tickets; 3. Other necessary funds; If tourists spend more than they charge, they have no right to charge tourists.
