Nanshan Village: Located in the westernmost part of Jinghai Town, adjacent to Gangliao Village, Qianzhan Town, to the west, and Hangmei Village, Zhoutian Town, to the north, 8.5 kilometers away from the town, in a semi-sand hilly area , composed of three natural villages, Nanshan, Hubangshan and Shita, with a total population of 1,992, a total of 362 households, 5 cadres of the two committees, and 20 party members of the branch. The cultivated land area is about 560 acres, including 224 acres of paddy fields, 336 acres of dry gardens, and 762 acres of forest land. Villagers mainly go out to work, with an annual per capita net income of 2,950 yuan.

Nanshan Village and Geshan Village, Senior Village, Houshan Village, Houchi Village, Mogang Village, Xishan Village, Qianwu Village, Yueshan Village, Houwang Village, Houhu Village, Yihu Village, Datan Village, Jiucuo Village and Yihou Village are adjacent to each other.

On September 24, 2019, Nanshan Village was listed on the list of founding units of Guangdong Province’s “Democracy and Rule of Law Demonstration Village (Community)” in 2018.

Near Nanshan Village, there are tourist attractions such as the Guest Bird’s Tail Stalagmite, Jinghai Ancient City Wall, Asia’s largest navigation tower, Jinghai Castle, and Shikeng Courtyard. There are also Jinghai Abalone, Jinghai Douji, Jinghai Sea lobster, Huilai lychee, Jinghai abalone and other specialties.
