The temple was built from the eighth year of Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty (1669) to the 44th year of Kangxi reign and began to take shape. During the Daoguang period, the temple reached its heyday. Emperor Kangxi bestowed an inscription on his name and presented a plaque to Ruiying Temple engraved with Manchu, Mongolian, Tibetan and Chinese characters. He also called the first living Buddha of Ruiying Temple, Sangdan Sangbu, the "Old Buddha of Mongolia in the Eastern Qing Dynasty". Ruiying Temple is a national 2A tourist scenic spot and a provincial key cultural relic protection unit.
The Chahai site is located on the sunny fan platform on the north slope of the north slope of "Quanshuigou", west of Chahai Village, Shala Township, Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Liaoning Province. 25 kilometers from Fuxin city. It was discovered in 1982 and has been excavated 7 times by 2010, covering an area of ??7,600 square meters. The relics revealed include house sites, pottery, stone tools, jades, etc. It has been determined that the age of this site is 7600±95 years ago. With the addition of tree ring correction, it is more than 8000 years old. It is the earliest Neolithic age site discovered in Northeast China.
