Buried Hill, alias "Zhou Shu", is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province, which is managed by Anqing City. It is located in the southwest of Anhui, at the southeast foot of Dabie Mountain. Known as "the ancient capital of Anhui, the hometown of Er Qiao, the source of Anhui, the father of Peking Opera and the hometown of Huangmei". The total area of the city is 1688 square kilometers, characterized by "seven mountains, one water and two fields", and it governs 16 townships with a total population of 586,000.

Buried Hill is the first and only county-level city in China that has been approved to develop tourism economy. By the end of 20 19, there were four scenic spots such as Tianzhu Mountain 1 5A, 4A and 3A scenic spots 1 1 in Qian Shan. Buried Hill is a national demonstration city and county for ecological civilization construction, a top 100 tourism counties (cities) in China, and the second batch of national global tourism demonstration zones.

Architectural evolution:

In the first year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty, Qianshan County was established, and Zhangjiang, the first magistrate of Qianshan County, was established in Qianshan County. Anqing House was abandoned in the early Republic of China, and Qianshan County was directly under Anhui Province: 1949. In April, it was called Qianshan County in Anqing area of northern Anhui. By the end of 1979, Anqing District was changed to Anqing District, and then from Anqing District to Anqing District. In 1990s, cities and counties merged into Anqing City, and Qianshan County was subordinate to it.
