What lens should I use with my Sony a6000?

This is a Sony E-mount machine. The kit comes with an E16-50, which is enough for general use.

It depends on how you want to play! When traveling, the E 18-200 is the best lens to travel around the world. It’s convenient, but the picture quality will definitely not be particularly good.

If you want to add a telephoto lens to the 16-50, then buy the E55-210.

If you want to focus on portraits, use the E50 1.8.

The above are relatively economical lenses. If you have money, you can of course buy a Zeiss lens.

There is also a compromise solution, which is to use an adapter ring. The price of an automatic adapter ring is 1-2 thousand yuan. Use EF-E (Canon SLR port) or Sony A to Sony With the E adapter ring, you can use Canon and (Sony/Minolta) SLR lenses respectively.

I am using a Sony A-mount machine, so I may not be able to answer the E-mount questions perfectly. If there are any mistakes, please point them out!
