Can mobile phones still surf the internet according to traffic when traveling abroad?

After traveling abroad, mobile phones cannot use domestic traffic packages to surf the Internet, and overseas Internet users can purchase "overseas traffic packages" separately in Alipay App.

Materials/tools: mobile phone "Alipay" App.

First, open the Alipay App on the mobile phone desktop.

2. After opening Alipay App, click "More" on the homepage to enter.

Third, choose "city service" in "convenient life" to enter.

4. Click "More Services" in "City Services" to enter the next step.

5. Select "Overseas Tour" in "More Services" and click Enter.

6. Click "Overseas Internet Access" at the top of the "Exit" interface to enter.

7. Finally, you can use traffic to surf the Internet overseas by purchasing a suitable "overseas traffic package", as shown in the figure below.
